Return & Refund policy

Returns: Accepted
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in the same condition that the buyer received it, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return window: 30 days
Buyers have 30 days from item delivery to dispatch the item back to the seller. To start a return, you can contact us at katacryls@gmail.com.

Damages and issues:
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds: 14 days
After inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item back if the item returned in the same condition that the buyer received it. If not, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange: As all of my items are unique, therefore exchange is not possible.
